Lighthill Consulting Contact

You know what’s actually moving the business. You also know how little time you get to spend on it.

I help shift the ratio.

I.

Most teams I meet aren't short on strategy. They're short on time, attention, and the systems that turn either into output.

The handful of things that would actually move your business are usually clear to you. They're just buried — under approvals, hand-offs, half-built tools, and meetings about meetings. I help dig them out, and put the AI, ops, and team systems in place that keep them on top.

    AI that ships.

The pilot worked. Then it died in a slide deck. I help you get past that — building tools your team actually opens on a Tuesday, not just demos for your board.

  • 02

Ops that don't need you in every loop.

The bottleneck shouldn't be you. I build the tech and process so the team can move on its own — and you can finally take a Friday off without your phone buzzing.

  • 03

    Teams that lead themselves.

Decisions are getting made too far from the work, and too slowly. I help push authority down to the people closest to it — so things move faster and feel less stuck.

  • 04

    Less sludge.

Every org accumulates it: approvals nobody remembers requesting, meetings that exist out of habit, processes built for a company you no longer are. I find it and clear it out.

  • 05

    A funnel that actually converts.

"We need more leads" is almost never the real problem. I help you find where deals actually break — and fix that, instead of pouring more in the top.

Lumin Health

Scheduling drop-off down 25%. Billable claims approval up $200k/month.

Revenue cycle was a maze — billing, scheduling, insurance tracking, and patient-relationship work spread across systems that didn't talk to each other. Marketing was running on programs that would have cost ~$30k/month outsourced.

I refactored the entire revenue cycle end-to-end, and built the marketing programs in-house using AI.

Outro Health

Cost-per-patient held 15%+ below target at scale.

No paid acquisition channel, aggressive patient-growth targets, regulated category.

I built the SEM function from zero — programmatic, AI-instrumented campaigns running concurrently across 14 US states with an addressable audience above 150M.

Beachman Bikes

25%+ more staff hours back on the production floor. $10k/month agency line item replaced — same output, redirected to more campaigns.

Operations and marketing stretched too thin: warehouse coordination eating production-floor hours, marketing dependent on a $10k/month outside agency.

I deployed warehouse inventory bots, email automation, and digital ad workflows the team could run themselves.

This has changed the way we operate.

Hi, I’m Alec.

I'm an operator first — most of what I do is figure out where time and effort are leaking out of a business, then plug the holes. For the last two years, the sharpest tool for that has been AI. I build multi-agent systems that don't just answer questions; they plan and execute work. They sit inside the tools where work actually happens, read live data, take action, and share memory across runs so the system gets smarter every week instead of starting from scratch each session.

The result: one person can run workflows that used to need a small team. I'd help your firm do the same — find where your people are losing hours to repetitive coordination, then wire AI agents into the systems they already use, so the work just happens.

I keep the client list short on purpose — when I take something on, I want it to get the attention it actually needs.
